PURPOSE: A simulator for a Ka-band transmitter of a satellite system is provided to predict and verify a RF performance for a Ka-band signal of a transmitter for a satellite system. CONSTITUTION: An input filter assembly(IFA)(10) filters an input RF upward link signal. A low noise amplifier(LNA)(11) amplifies an output signal of the IFA(10) to a low noise. A down converter(D/C)(12) converts and amplifies the RF upward link signal to a RF downward link signal. A hybridizer(13) divides and outputs the output signal of the D/C(12). An input multiplexer(IMUX)(14) filters the RF downward link signal divided by the hybridizer(13). A wave guide attenuator(15) attenuates the output signal of the IMUX(14). An input switch matrix(ISM)(16) switches the output signal of the WGATT(15) by channels. A channel amplifier(17) amplifies the output signal of the ISM(16). A coaxial line attenuator(18) controls the attenuation degree of the output signal of the channel amplifier(17).
