PURPOSE: Provided is a biological analysis method of dioxin using a transformed cell line containing a recombinant reporter gene of which expression is regulated by dioxin. Thereby dioxin present in environments can be simply and cheaply analyzed. CONSTITUTION: The biological analysis method of dioxin comprises the steps of: incubating human hepatoma cell line Hep G2 cell; preparing a recombinant reporter gene pDRE-luc. by ligating the DRE-MMTV minimal promoter gene and luciferase gene; transforming Hep G2 cells with pDRE-luc. to produce a transformed cell line; inserting the transformed cell line into a 96 well plate; adding samples into the transformed cell line and incubating them; and measuring the expression of luciferase from the transformed cell line, in which dioxin can be polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxin(PCDDs), polychlorinated dibenzo-furans(PCDFs), polychlorinated biphenyl(PCBs) and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon(PAH).
