FRUIT JUICE USING OPTIA FIACUS MIDIA AND ORANGE

PURPOSE: Provided is a fruit juice made from optia fiacus midia containing abundant nutrition and oranges having good taste and various kinds of organic acids and vitamins, which has improved taste and nutrition. CONSTITUTION: The fruit juice is prepared by the steps of: (i) sorting out fruits of optia fiacus midia, washing the fruits and removing thorns; (ii) peeling oranges for preparing the flesh of oranges; (iii) mixing the fruits of optia fiacus midia with the flesh of oranges in a ratio of 50:50 in an extractor; and (iv) heating the mixture in the extractor for 3hrs while making the sugar content of at least 15brix or more and maintaining the color scarlet.
