METHOD OF ESTIMATING BILLING BY SERVICE CLASSES INTRODUCED OF TIME DOMAIN CONCEPT IN FRAME RELAY NETWORK

PURPOSE: A method of estimating accounting by service classes in frame relay network is provided to efficiently charge by introducing the accounting by the concept of service class and the concept of time domain, that is, a flat rate option and a usage option. CONSTITUTION: In the data communication network based on the frame relay network, the accounting is applied according to the usage time domain. The accounting is also applied according to the service classes. A service charge is calculated by the accountings of the above first and second steps.
