LOW LOSS FERRITES A COMPONENT APPLYING THE SAME AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE LOW LOSS FERRITES

PURPOSE: A ferrite with low loss and method for fabricating ferrites material are provided to optimize the characteristics in low electric power and very high frequency. CONSTITUTION: The ferrite with low loss has formula NixZnyCuzCoFe2O4, where x+y+z+ = 1 , = 0.05, = 0.04, z = 0.05-0.35 and y = 0-0.65. The ferrite includes (a) a component using the material and comprising at least one ferrite core, the component being an inductance, a transformer, circulator or hyper-frequency de-phaser; and (b) a method for making the material, in which the appropriate oxides are weighed and crushed before heating at 750C - 850C, followed by re-crushing, pressing and sintering at 900C - 1000C.
