PURPOSE: A method for a program rating, a public opinion, question statistics and an electronic election using a portable terminal is provided to increase the convenience of a portable terminal user by making a portable terminal user requests for a program rating, a public opinion, statistics and an electronic election using the Internet and the portable terminal, and by notifying the portable terminal user of the result in real time. CONSTITUTION: A program rating, a public opinion and contents of questions are transmitted to a viewer or a question answerer. The program rating, the public opinion and contents of questions are applied through a businessman recognition agent which recognizes 5 mobile communication businessmen. An ID including a resident registration number, a password and so on is confirmed in order to discriminate a portable terminal user. The program rating, the public opinion and contents of questions are processed.
