PURPOSE: A system and method for constructing and transacting a database is provided for a user to receive wanted medical supplies by constructing a database extracting information according to drugstores, stock drug state information, and personal information from information being provided from a drugstore server and updating the information of the constructed database and extracting an order sheet from information being provided from the drugstore. CONSTITUTION: A drugstore server(200) stores at least one of stock drug state information and prescribing medical supplies information according to clients, and transmits the stock drug state information and prescribing medical supplies information to a medical supplies information managing server(400) through a communication network(100). A delivery company server(300) receives delivery information being transmitted from the medical supplies information managing server(400) and delivers medical supplies being provided from a drugstore or a drug manufacturer to the corresponding user. The medical supplies information managing server(400) constructs a database for processing the stock drug state information and prescribing medical supplies information being received from the drugstore server(200) through the communication network(100) and providing the information to a registered member. Also, the medical supplies information managing server(400) delivers medical supplies to the corresponding user using an order sheet being transmitted from the drugstore server(200) and provides detail information of the medical supplies to the user.
