. Remote Sensing and Transmitting by Mobile Internet and a Combined Internet Server

PURPOSE: A method for remote meter reading and announcing fee is provided to automatically announce the fee according to input of remote meter reading information through an internet phone and to pay off using a PDA and a cellular phone. CONSTITUTION: A wire and wireless internet unified server except for an SMS, an I-SMS, or a WAP push method transmits remote meter reading information to a user. Related sites are directly connected with a URL of a corresponding site using the wire and wireless internet for inquiring transmission items of electricity, gas, water supply, hot water, and other remote meter reading objects, and the wire and wireless internet unified server recognizes protocols of different mobile communication companies. The wire and wireless internet unified server receives information such as user numbers, resident registration numbers, passwords, and intrinsic IDs of electricity, gas, water supply, hot water, and other remote meter reading users for an authentication. In a site managed by the wire and wireless internet unified server, a bill is processed, and processed result is stored in the server. The server informs the result to the user at real time for showing states of electricity, gas, water supply, hot water, and other remote meter reading objects.
