001 Novel Streptomyces AD001 which have Congo Red dye-decolorizing activities and 24-dichlorophenol oxidation activities and process for production of extracellular enzyme using the same

PURPOSE: Provided is a novel soil StreptomycesAD001 strain decolorizing Congo Red and producing an extracellular enzyme that has similar features to Actinomyceteslignin peroxidase(ALiP) and oxidizes 2,4-dichlorophenol(2,4-DCP), thereby being useful for the treatment of hardly decomposable compounds. CONSTITUTION: Soil StreptomycesAD001 strain (KFCC-11144) is separated by the steps of: taking a soil sample and drying it in the shade for 1 week; culturing it at 30 deg.C for 1 week, using a medium containing casein 0.4g, starch 1.0g, potassium nitrate 0.5g, potassium phosphate 0.2g, magnesium phosphate 0.1g, calcium carbonate 0.1g, agar 15g and distilled water 1L; separating 27 Actinomyces strains and culturing them at 30 deg.C for 14 days, using a CF medium containing sucrose 10g, yeast extract 10g, casamino acid 0.25g, Congo Red 0.2g, agar 15g and distilled water 1L, and MS(minimal salt) solution containing not nitrogen but 0.1% KH2PO4, 0.4% Ha2HPO47H2O, 0.02% NaCl, 0.02% MgSO47H2O and 0.005% CaCl22H2O; and separating a strain showing the most excellent decolorization of Congo-Red.
