PURPOSE: The compositions of fermented vegetable drinks for cleaning the bowels and relieving constipation are provided, thereby stimulating the peristalsis of intestine and effectively discharging feces contained long in the intestines. CONSTITUTION: The composition of fermented vegetable drinks comprises a mixture of 2-12 wt.% of aloe aboresense, 1-7 wt.% of fruits of Opuntia vulgaris, 1-7 wt.% of fruits of Ficus carica, 1-7 wt.% of kiwi, 2-3 wt.% of each Geoclemys reevesii Gray, Hepaticaasiatica Nakai, buckwheat, Rubi Fructus, Torilis japonica, Amomi fructus, Crataegus pinnatifida, leaf of Thuja orientalis, Cuscutae semen, Commelina communis, cinnamon, Amorphophalus konjac, White mulberry, mulberry leaf, mume fructus, ginkgo leaf, agaricus mushroom, shiitake mushroom, Phellinus linteus, tangleweed, black sesame, violet, dropwort, Amaranthus lividus L., Prunella vulgaris, Cedrela sinensis, and Japanese angelica tree, and a mixture of brown sugar and oligosaccharide wherein, the mixing ratio of brown sugar to oligosaccharide is 10:1.
