PURPOSE: An immunoblot kit for simultaneous detecting antibodies to hepatitis C virus and hepatitis B virus and immunoblot analysis are provided, thereby accurately diagnosing the infection of hepatitis C as well as hepatitis B. CONSTITUTION: An immunoblot kit for simultaneous detecting antibodies to hepatitis C virus and hepatitis B virus contains at least one hepatitis C virus(HCV) specific antigen selected from the group consisting of HCV UB Core 14, UB, NS4, UB NS4 E1E2, UB 897 and UB NS5 1.2; and at least one hepatitis B virus(HBV) specific antigen selected from the group consisting of HBV Core and HBV Pre S2 S Ag, wherein a recombinant protein UB Gly 16 which is prepared by fusion of ubiquitin gene with a polypeptide consisting of 16 amino acids including Gly and human Immunoglobulin is optionally added to the immunoblot kit.
