Amplitude of twenty-four hour progress of vertical velocity of large-scale ordered motion of air at level of 850 gPa is measured in addition. Prediction of natural convective phenomena is made with execution of specified condition. EFFECT: increased authenticity of prediction of any of known natural convective hydrometeorological phenomena or of their complex
