Signal reception method, for mobile radio station in cellular radio system ,has calculated phase correction factor used for correction of phases before comparison with threshold values for data detection

The phase of the radio signals for each symbol is determined for phase demodulation, with a mean phase value of the detected phases used to calculate a phase correction factor. This is multiplied with the detected phases, to provide phase error correction before the phases are compared with decision threshold values via a data detector. An Independent claim for a mobile radio station is also included.
