Theatre and concert musical performances require good mutual understanding between the stage managers, conductors and leaders as well as between the individual musicians. To allow modern technology to contribute to the coherence of the musical performance and to avoid traditional difficulties associated with turning the pages of music during practice and during the actual performance, the panel of the manuscript stand is designed as a special notebook with built-in loudspeaker and microphone, and with an associated graphics panel. A foot-controlled pedal is provided for additional functions, such as page turning.
