Operating method of prepaid mobile telephone network abroad, involves releasing the call in home network and calling back the subscriber at foreign network

The method involves recognizing the transmitted message (USSD) over a mobile telephone, by a foreign network. The recognized message is passed to the home network for account funds evaluation. The call then is enabled by the callback at the foreign network and connection to the subscriber to be called. An Independent claim is also included for operating device of prepaid mobile telephone network.
