Angular sensor includes Hall element whose characteristic curve is influenced by soft magnetic rotor

Sensor has magnet (10) and Hall element (12) on either ends of magnetic yoke frame (14). The frame corresponds to outline spiral geometry of rotor arranged between ends of frame with rotor shape determining output characteristic of Hall element. During rotation of rotor, rod is moved in translatory direction to influence magnetic field between Hall element and magnet.
