The method involves the classification of master slave pairing in categories based on information concerning the value of the master and slave queues. The operation transfer between various categories of the master-slave queue pairing is performed. A time-variable parameter is applied to every category for which the maximum permitted operation transferral of the respective category is established. An Independent claim is also included for a master controlled, wireless communication system.
