The rooms in the ground floor (1) are adjacent (7,8) and back to back (5,6) without any corridor between them and their bathrooms (9) are grouped by four in the corners of adjacent rooms. The breakfast room (3) can be added either at one end of row or in central position. A service room (10) for central heating system communicate with outside by removable wall and roof opening. Walls between rooms are made of two bridge rails holding STYLTECH (RTM) sections and insulating material such as glass wool.
