The tap consists of a body (10) with a pusher (40) sliding vertically inside it to operate a valve (25) in the form of a deformable membrane controlling a passage through a bung and a vertical outlet (14). The pusher is designed to slide between an upper position in which the valve leaves the passage fully open and a lower position in which the passage is completely closed, with partial closure in intermediate positions. A spring (60) inside the outlet urges the valve towards its open position, while a rotary lock (31, 50) allows the pusher to be fixed in its lower position.
