The anchor is composed of a frame (7) on which guides (4,5) are fixed. These guides enable counter weights (8,9,10) to descend vertically driving the arm (6) into the sand bottom. Floats (11) enable a vertical descent of the anchor. The device opens automatically when the boat raises the anchor and is also opened by means of the counter weights which raise the arm.
