Each customer carries an identification device which is recognized by a sensor (D1,D2,D3) in each area and records the customer presence in this area. Image and sound devices (E1-5,Cf1,Cf2) are sending the data to a data bank (7) that record them on a multimedia support (9a-e) associated with the customer. An Independent claim is also included for the tracking method.
