The surveillance mechanisms have two sets of detectors associated with signal volumes and switch off (VSA). A receiver (CA) receives switch off signals. There are luminous and sound warners. Transmitter badges (BA) activate local switch off. A control system (UTL) controls the signals, and sets the volume output levels.
