Building wall and floor construction procedure, for residential and other buildings, uses square or rectangular section plastic pipes with circulating warm water

The construction procedure uses square- or rectangular section pipes (1) for the walls and floors, stuck together to form flat surfaces and containing circulating water at a constant temperature produced at least partly by solar or other natural forms of energy. The pipe sections, made e.g. of transparent plastic from recycled mineral water bottles, are joined together by corner pieces (2), connecting rings (3) and stoppers (4), and the water carried in them can be tapped off for sanitary purposes or e.g. a washing machine. The surfaces of the floors or walls need no finish but can be decorated and/or carpeted.
