Prolongation of chemical activity of flavorants and therapeutics on mucin coated surfaces using mucin adhering amphiphilic substances

Cetyl pyridinium chloride and other amphiphilic substances may be mixed with flavorants or therapeutics in accompaniment with bulking agents or sweeteners in order to prolong their duration of action at the site of attachment, which is a mucin coated surface for the purpose of providing the consumer with a more efficacious product.
