Seal cutting method and seal cutting device of epidermal sheet

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent wrinkle formation in the peripheral part of a seal cut part and provide sufficient adhesion strength and smooth ultrasonic processibility in a seal cut method and a seal cut apparatus for the aperture rim part and a cut-off aperture part of sun visors sewed by ultrasonic processing. SOLUTION: While a surface sheet set in a setting jig 50 is kept in rather high tension by a surface sheet tensioner 60, the setting jig 50 is clamped by a clamp 55 for jigs to eliminate wrinkle formation. Further, the tension applied by the surface sheet tensioner 60 is once weakened and then weak tension is again applied and the positions of the seal cut points of a receiving blade 56 and an ultrasonic horn 70 are set above the surface sheet clamp position in both sides, so that a sufficient adhesion margin can be retained and the ultrasonic horn 70 can smoothly be slid.
