PURPOSE: To produce soil for tree-planting construction by natural fermentation by mixing pulp incineration ash, PM Zai (Registered trade mark) or the like with org. raw sludge and accumulating the resulting mixture for a definite period to charge the same in a fermentation bag and storing the bagged mixture before grinding and aerating the same. ;CONSTITUTION: Pulp incineration ash 2, PM Zai 3, wood vinegar 4, fertilizer 5 and carbonized wood chips 6 are added to raw sludge 1 to be stirred and mixed by a stirrer 7 and the resulting mixture 8 is accumulated for 2-3 days to be adjusted in moisture. This accumulated matter 9 is successively fed to a crusher 11 by a belt conveyor 10 to be crushed and the crushed matter is charged in a fermentation bag 12 having proper air permeability to be subjected to secondary fermentation for 4-5 days. Further, the mixture 8 in the fermentation bag 12 is supplied to a crusher 16 and, after foreign matter is removed, the crushed mixture is fed by a belt conveyor 18 to be received in a delivery bag 20.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
