(57) Abstract This invention features the composition and method in order to improve the quality of the picture which is printed to the base substance. The picture improvement composition includes the picture improver which contains the blend of polyacid and the poly- base. When it is applied to the base substance, this composition when being printed the ionization possibility whose it is possible for the baseplate which was processed to react with the picture improver and/or making use of the ink which contains the reactivity dye which possesses the nucleophilic characteristic basis, does the preparation where the picture of high quality is printed. The picture which is printed to the base substance which was processed making use of the picture improvement composition of this invention, is resistance bleeding characteristic and the water resistance (for example, water strong characteristic), and/or chroma and the hue which are raised are featured.
