PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester woven fabric which has good refreshing touch, good tension, good stiffness and natural uneven touch.;SOLUTION: This special touch polyester woven fabric is characterized by using as warps and/or wefts yarns obtained by doubling and twisting interlaced polyester multifilament yarns A (hereinafter referred to as 'yarn A') with polyester multifilament yarns B (hereinafter referred to as 'yarn B') so that a twist coefficient represented by the expression 1 is 13,000 to 26,000. The interlaced polyester multifilament yarns A consist mainly of Y-shaped tri-lobar filaments having a single filament cross-sectional shape expressed by a modification degree of 2.5 to 3.5, and have a stress of 0.9 to 1.4 g/d on elongation of 5% and an interlacement degree of 5 to 80 interlaced points/m. The polyester multifilament yarns B comprise 20 to 80 wt.% of polyester filaments consisting mainly of filaments having round cross sections and having a single filament fineness of ≤1.5 denier and 80 to 20 wt.% of polyester filaments having a single filament fineness of ≥4.0 denier, and have 15 to 70% of thick-thin unevenness in the axial direction of the filaments.
