PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the burn through at the tip by reducing the error of the machining locus, and increasing the machining speed at a corner part in a numerically controlled device for laser beam machining. SOLUTION: An interpolation device is provided with an error calculating part 1 to obtain the error between the commanded locus and the actual locus when the vector component of each orthogonal axis in the coordinate system is split by the maximum allowable acceleration and the commanded speed to perform acceleration/deceleration for each axis, a radius calculating part 2 to obtain the angle formed by two moving blocks to obtain the radius of the arc which is the equivalent error to the error obtained by the error calculating part 1, and an intersection calculating part 3 to obtain the starting point and the finishing point of the arc which are the intersection of the whole block and the rear block from the obtained radius.
