PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize a stock on a market by collectively managing market stock management of agents by a manufacturer.;SOLUTION: A server device on the maker side being a manufacture obtains (steps S1 and S2) product delivery information from an agent to retailers and product stock information of the agent from each of agents, an estimated quantity of a next mount sale is calculated (a step S3) based on the obtained product delivery information and product stock information of each agent, and it is decided (steps S4 and S5) whether production is carried out or brought into a stop on a basis of the calculated estimated quantity of next month sale. As a result, in case of production being brought into a stop, regarding a product, sales of which fall off, resale of the stock product from an agent diminishing sales to an agent improving sales or in case of the same agent, transfer between warehouses is indicated and a stock on a market is regulated (a step S7).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
