Next, myogenic potential before being seated on a seat is measured (Step S12). For settling a change in a mind and body state by a load applied at myogenic potential measuring time, the subject is put in a rest state (for one minute or more) (Step S13). Next, the subjective evaluation before being seated on the seat is measured (Step S14). This subjective evaluation can be measured by quantitying a degree of fatigue (for example, an SD method), and is measured every other unit time even at seating time. Next, a seat seating posture is maintained, time is set according to an evaluation desired object-state, and the load is applied (Step S15).
