PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle inspection order receiving apparatus, a vehicle inspection order receiving system and a vehicle inspection order receiving method capable of informing a user of a vehicle inspection place convenient to the user, and reducing the user's labor required for managing the vehicle inspection schedule.;SOLUTION: A map information select means 12 causes a user terminal device 50 to display a map including a map of a service station having an address near to the address of the user, thereby allowing the user to select the service station for undergoing vehicle inspection. Before a designated period of the vehicle inspection date, a first transmitting means 14 transmits a first information meaning that the vehicle inspection date is getting close to a user terminal device 50.
