PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an investment trust electronic commerce device or the like capable of reducing a user's load to the change management of an edition of a prospectus when delivering the prospectus through the Internet.;SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a prospectus database 181 for registering prospectus data corresponding to the investment trust, and a delivery history database 182 for storing the delivery history to a user of the prospectus. When receiving a buying order or the like of the investment trust from the user through a computer network, it is determined whether the newest edition of the prospectus data corresponding to the investment trust is already delivered to the user or not.
