PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a competitive selling and buying system for avoiding monopolistic successful bidding of a selling/buying target, a control method therefor and a recording medium recording control program.;SOLUTION: This method has a first step for a server to set a bid flag assigned for each of participants, second step for the server to disclose one part of bid targets to plural clients, third step for a client to make participants determine one part of bid targets and bidding prices thereof and to report them to the server, fourth step for the server to enable successful bidding to a participant, who shows the highest or lowest bidding price, among the participants set with the bid flags and fifth step for the server to reset the bid flag of the successfully bidding participant and repeats processing from the second step to the fifth step.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
