PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for authentication of permission for entry allowing a user to make an application for participation into an event without a physical ticket following a troublesome labor for purchase and for an administrator side to reduce a labor and a cost, and allowing an easy check of entry.;SOLUTION: In the authentication of permission for the entry into an event place, an access is gained from a portable terminal such as a cellular phone to an authentication ticket issue server through a network to make an application for a ticket data. The authentication ticket issue server accepts the application of the ticket data, and transmits the ticket data according to the application to the portable terminal. The portable terminal receives the ticket data, and outputs the ticket data visually or audibly from the portable terminal. In the entry check, the ticket is replaced with the physical ticket by verifying the visual or audible output.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
