PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management device for life-watching, capable of protecting the privacy of a person to be watched, by preventing personal information a person to be watched which he does not want known from being browsed. SOLUTION: In this management device 10, personal information for the person to be watched A are stored in the tables 14a-14c of a memory part 14. It is set in a table 14d whether the browsing is allowed for each item of the personal information. When an operator C requests the browsing of the private information on a terminal 50, the management device 10 transmits only the information which is allowed to be browsed to the terminal 50.
