PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a recruiting company to analyze the capability of an applicant in detail through sufficiently expressed capability of the applicant.;SOLUTION: This device is provided with a personal history collecting part 25 for collecting a personal history 38 prepared based on a personal history 38 prepared based on a personal history format 11 having fixed entry columns 13 corresponding to a plurality of items 12 and free entry columns 15 independent of the items 12 from an applicant terminal 3 and an item updating part 27 for preparing the personal history format 11 by adding new items entered in the free entry columns 15 of the personal history 38 to those items 12.
