PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a full light-receiving region even when a plurality of arrays of detecting elements are arranged in a slice direction in addition to a channel direction, and to make detection characteristics of X-ray detecting elements highly accurate and uniform.;SOLUTION: A scintillator plate 4 is attached onto a base plate 10 with the use of a light-reflecting agent 9. Slice separating grooves 7 are formed from an upper face of the scintillator plate 4 to a layer of the light-reflecting agent 9. The light-reflecting agent 9 is filled in the slice separating grooves 7. Channel separating grooves 8 are formed from the upper face of the scintillator to a light-reflecting layer. The light-reflecting agent is filled in the channel separating grooves 8. The upper face of the scintillator is ground. A light- detecting element array 2 mounted to a substrate 1 is bonded to the ground upper face of the scintillator. The light-detecting element array 2 is released from the base plate 10.
