PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deceased person portrait display system, etc., suitable for use in a funeral. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an image processing device to conduct image processing to deceased person portrait data to be usable as a deceased person portrait, and an image communication device to be connected to the image processing device through a network. The image communication device is installed in each funeral hall, the image communication device is composed to be capable of transmitting deceased person portrait data to the image processing device, and receiving the deceased person portrait data after image processing, and it is provided with a data writing device for recording the received deceased person portrait data after image processing in a recording medium which can be carried. On an altar in the funeral hall, a deceased person portrait image display device provided with a data reading device for the recording medium to display the deceased person portrait data received by the image communication device as a deceased person portrait photograph is provided separately from the image communication device.
