PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a PCB-polluted substance such as paper and wood from being pulverized and converted into sludge by shear force by an agitator in cleaning by a solvent, to solve the problem that when the paper and the wood are pulverized or converted into sludge, it is difficult for them to be separated from the solvent, and the post-treatment of waste liquid generated after a reaction becomes troublesome, and to efficiently clean the PCB-polluted substance which is easily pulverized in the solvent.;SOLUTION: A means is based on a method for cleaning the PCB-polluted substance in which the substance is housed in a filter container, and the container is immersed in the solvent.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
