PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the convenience of a system that supports the self- discovery or self-development by a user by making a simulated diagnosis in a network environment.;SOLUTION: An 'ochanokosaisai' server 5 has a self-diagnosis AP 13 that makes a simulated diagnosis for supporting self-discovery or self-development and turns the diagnosis result (first information) into a score (contents usage/ self-diagnosis score), an information guidance table 47 on which the contents usage/self-diagnosed score and the type of the second information that a user related to the contents usage/self-diagnosis score is presumed to desire are recorded, an information guidance part 17, and private enterprise information items DB 71 to DB 7m for storing the second information. The information guidance part 17 refers to the information guidance table 17, guides the user on the types of the second information items corresponding to the contents usage/self-diagnosis score notified from the self-diagnosis AP 13, and, if the type of desired second information is selected from among the types, acquires the second information of the type from the private enterprise information items DB 71 to DB 7m to provide it to the user.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
