PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce deformation, separation or breakage of the die and an accessory piece by using the accessory piece of the metal which has the precipitation hardening temperature range within the melting and solidifying temperature of the metal of the die and is dissimilar to the material of the die. SOLUTION: The metallic material is solution heat treated and martensitic heat treated as necessary under the heat treatment condition same as the artificial age-hardening (precipitation hardening), and each metallic material is immersed in the molten aluminum alloy at the temperature of 600-650 deg.C as the casting condition where the metallic material is cast-in by an aluminum alloy die. After the molten metal is cooled to the temperature of 550-580 deg.C in 10-30 minutes, and solidified, the metal is further cooled to the temperature of 300-350 deg.C in 180-300 minutes, and then, cooled to the room temperature in 10-180 minutes. The shape change including the thickness increase of the accessory piece to increase the strength need not be achieved.
