PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for evaluating educational training by which the evaluation of educational training can objectively be executed and the contents of the educational training can be improved by utilizing a factor analysis and principal component analysis.;SOLUTION: This method is provided with step #1 for converting answers with respect to respective entries of the questionnaire for a training participant, which are performed after the educational training is ended, into random variables for every question entry, a step #2 for extracting needs of the participants as factors or principal components by factor-analyzing or principally component-analyzing the random variable for every questionnaire entry by a factor analyzing method or a principal component analyzing method, a step #3 for calculating the correlation coefficient between the extracted factors and a step #4 for judging separatable or unifyable study items in the educational training.
