PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure quantitative advertisement effect easily at a low cost with high precision without being affected by the number of insertion of the advertisement.;SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a dummy URL generation part 820 which generates plural link destination/dummy URLs made to correspond to plural Internet advertisement (e.g. ones inserted in advertisement insertion Web site 1101 and advertisement mail ML1) corresponding to a link destination/source URL (e.g. Web site 5101) as at lest one traffic attraction destination, a transfer control part 840 which transfers access to the link destination/dummy URL when the access corresponds to a link destination/dummy URL, a log information gathering part 850 which gathers log information regarding access while making it correspond to the Internet advertisements, and a statistic information management part 870 which individually measures advertisement effects of the Internet advertisement according do the log information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
