PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a user takes complicated labors and long time in managing/storing receipts and statements issued from the terminals of income and expenses destinations of stores and a financial institution such as a bank and also because the user may make an entry error in inputting the contents of the receipts and statements with a keyboard at the time of preparing a housekeeping book in the conventional housekeeping book preparation system.;SOLUTION: In this housekeeping book preparation system, a reader 10 provided with an image reading means for reading income and expenses contents carried on a receipt 24 is connected to a user terminal 1, and the user terminal 1 prepares a housekeeping book on the basis of income and expenses data showing the income and expenses contents from the image reading means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
