PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce quantity of a fuel gas used during a degreasing process, to reduce quantity of a degreasing exhaust gas discharged, and further to improve circumference environment by preventing generation of a bad smell, or the like, by recycling the degreasing exhaust gas in the degreasing process of the fuel cell. SOLUTION: The degreasing method is constituted with: an assembling process A, which assembles the fuel cell 7 by forming an electrolyte board 1, which is made by soaking a ceramic powder board with a powder of an electrolyte and electrolyte holding material, by a binder polymer, so that a cathode pole and an anode pole 2, which consist of a metal powder board, may sandwich the electrolyte board 1; a degreasing process B, which supplies the fuel gas while making the binder polymer heat-decompose, in order to remove the excessive binder polymer, which is carrying out forming combination of the electrolyte board 1, the anode pole 2, and the cathode pole 3, at the beginning of raising temperature of the fuel cell 7; and a deodorizing process C, which removes tar component from the degreasing exhaust gas 8, which is generated approximately simultaneously with the degreasing process B, after cooling the degreasing exhaust gas 8, which occurs during heating of the fuel cell 7.
