PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a house information wiring network system capable of easily restoring information configured before switching off power by a signal through a communication network when switching on the power again after completely switching off the power of a network compatible apparatus.;SOLUTION: The network compatible apparatus 3 is provided with a volatile memory temporarily storing registered user configuration information, and a communication server 1 is provided with a function compatible with the apparatus 3 to detect the switching on of the power, and a user configuration information storing table 1a saving the user configuration information stored in the apparatus 3. When user configuration information is written in the memory of the apparatus 3, the communication server 1 receives the user configuration information and saves it in the user configuration information storing table 1a. When power is switched on in any apparatus 3 on information wiring, the user configuration information is written in the memory of the corresponding apparatus 3 by reading the user configuration information of the apparatus 3 from the table 1a and sending it out to the information wiring.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
