PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the efficiency of not only the preparation work of a personnel arrangement schedule but also the re-preparation work of the personnel arrangement schedule corresponding to schedule change application from a person to be managed (a staff or the like) in a personnel arrangement management system.;SOLUTION: A central control unit 12 temporarily prepares a personnel arrangement schedule fulfilling a prescribed constraint condition, and opens it on a Web page. A staff is able to open a schedule change application page by using a terminal 30 and to apply for schedule change to the server 10. The central control unit 12 judges whether or not the applied schedule change is possible, and notifies the applicant of the judged result through an electronic mail. Also, when the applied schedule change is possible, the central control unit 12 updates a DB 24 so that the schedule change can be included, and notifies the staff the schedule for whom is changed of the schedule change through the electronic mail.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
