PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging machine with a stretch wrap film and a method for removing simply and easily the film.;SOLUTION: The packaging machine with a stretch wrap film holds both widthwise ends of a film F by a pair of carry belts 202 and 202 for carrying to a packaging section S, raises an object to be packaged by an elevator mechanism from below the film F to have an upper surface of the object covered with the film F, and folds the film onto a bottom surface of the object. Stopper means 3a and 3b for stopping a part of the film are provided in the direction of carrying the film F or in its reverse direction. The machine includes a film removing mode in which the carry belts 202 and 202 are driven to transfer the film F toward the stopper means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
