PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for management of information on real estate properties, management system of information on the properties, method for management of information on the properties and storage medium, easily capable of comprehending the relation between the condition of site and management data of managed objects.;SOLUTION: Information on properties, which is corresponding to an address, is stored as a database 231 for information on the properties. An address, which is corresponding to latitude and longitude, is stored as a database 233 of information for a place expressed by latitude and longitude. Map information, which corresponds to information of latitudes and longitudes, is stored as a database 234 of the map. According to the condition that is set up at a terminal 3, the database 231 for information on objects is searched and a corresponding object is picked up, the address on the condition that is set up or the address of the corresponding object is transformed into information of latitude and longitude by the database 233 of information for the place expressed by latitudes and longitudes. Map data included this information of latitudes and longitudes is picked up from the database 234 of map and is displayed on a terminal 3.
